This package offers a modest farewell in a peaceful setting, allowing family and friends to come together before the cremation. We’ll support you in arranging a personalised yet simple service.
This package includes everything in the Peaceful Pathway Private Unattended Cremation package, plus you can have up to 10 family members for a quiet time prior to committal in the chapel.
What's included
- Your choice of cemetery for cremation (Karrakatta Cemetery, Pinnaroo Valley Memorial Park, Fremantle Cemetery or Rockingham Regional Memorial Park)
- Up to 10 family members for a quiet time prior to committal in the chapel
- Transfer of your loved one into our care during office hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm)
- Professional mortuary care of your loved one, including collection of clothing and preparation
- Cremation coffin
- Collection of necessary medical and doctor’s papers including:
- Collection of Medical Certificate and Form 7
- Permit to cremate
- Official Death Certificate from the Registry
- Doctor certificate if charged will be passed on to you
- Arrangement meeting in the comfort of your home or at our Funeral Home
- A dignified farewell with your loved one transported to the cemetery in a Funeral Hearse (NOT a transfer van)
- Ashes can be collected at the cemetery of your choice
