For families who want to hold a service in a meaningful place, such as a church, community venue, sporting club, funeral home, cemetery of your choice, or family home. We help coordinate all aspects to create a respectful, heartfelt tribute.
What's included
- Your choice of cemetery for cremation (Karrakatta Cemetery, Pinnaroo Valley Memorial Park, Fremantle Cemetery or Rockingham Regional Memorial Park)
- Transfer of your loved one into our care during office hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm)
- Professional mortuary care of your loved one, including collection of clothing and preparation
- The Beachwood coffin
- Collection of necessary medical and doctor’s papers including:
- Medical Certificate and Form 7
- Permit to cremate
- Official Death Certificate
- Doctor certificate if charged will be passed on to you
- Celebrant or Minister to conduct the service
- All arrangements done in the comfort of your home or at a funeral home
- A one hour service in any cemetery chapel, church or funeral home
- Ashes can be collected at the cemetery of your choice
